Confirmation:
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a confirmation e-mail bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Meeting materials.

CANCELLATION

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows.

Until April 16, 2018 100% of the registration fee (minus bank handling charge)
April 17, 2018 through June 15, 2018 50% of the registration fee (minus bank handling charge)
From June 16, 2018 No refund
  • *Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
  • *All refund will be made after the Meeting.
